Exciting, innovative, inclusive and dynamic, Derby-based Tidyco has provided hydraulic and pneumatic items to the rail industry for over forty years.
The company also has a dedicated HVAC Climate Control Division capable of designing, supplying, installing and maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions for industrial and commercial properties.

When a logistics firm was given the green light to construct a 28.5-acre site as part of a multi-million pound development project close to East Midlands Airport, Tidyco was approached to propose an industrial heating solution.
David Hithersay, Director for Tidyco’s Climate Control Division explains; “Obviously, there is a great deal of development taking place in the local area at the moment where, companies of all sizes throughout various supply chains look likely to benefit.
“This particular brief was a large project where I made the decision to propose Powrmatic ErP TE – Air Rotation Warehouse Heaters. In many ways, these units are the perfect warehouse heaters due to their energy efficient capabilities for big, open plan spaces.”
The Powrmatic TE range of industrial heaters use high efficiency axial fans to move large volumes of air. The process creates a uniformity of heated air distribution.
David concludes; “The Powrmatic TE units are wonderful to install due to their modular design. Tidyco has close working partnerships with Powrmatic where we work together to deliver a system which is effective, fit-for-purpose and the most beneficial to our customers’ needs.”
The new logistics unit is expected to create more than 1,000 jobs for the area.
